Amazing Energy Balls

I am obsessed with these energy balls. They are so delicious and guilt-free. They are simple to make and only require 7 ingredients. Best of all, they are unprocessed and packed with omega fatty acids, iron, antioxidants, and fiber. Great way to satisfy that sweet tooth and easy to grab and go.


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut shavings
  • 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground flax
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup maple
  • 2 tsp vanilla


  • Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly in a large mixing bowl.
  • Place mixing bowl in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
  • Remove from fridge and roll into bite size balls and place in a container with lid. This process is a little messy, but it is so worth it!
