I am obsessed with these energy balls. They are so delicious and guilt-free. They are simple to make and only require 7 ingredients. Best of all, they are unprocessed and packed with omega fatty acids, iron, antioxidants, and fiber. Great way to satisfy that sweet tooth and easy to grab and go.
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut shavings
- 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ground flax
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup maple
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly in a large mixing bowl.
- Place mixing bowl in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
- Remove from fridge and roll into bite size balls and place in a container with lid. This process is a little messy, but it is so worth it!
